Krunchie Cookies

Another recipe stolen from Jess's coffee table book

Ingredients

  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/3 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Preparation

  • Melt chocolate and peanut butter over low heat in a saucepan

  • Stir in corn flakes and nuts

  • Drop in teaspoonfuls on wax paper

  • Cool 15-20 min

  • Makes approx 32 1.5" cookies
